ELIGIBILITY & INTEREST SURVEY

CRM Rental Management, Inc. and Liberty Affordable Housing Inc. are working on developing an affordable senior housing apartment unit in the Village of Waterville. The proposed plan is a new 32 unit construction located on Tower St. in the village. As part of the process CRM is preparing an application for funding to the Division of Housing and Community Renewal. Part of the application process is to collect eligibility and interest surveys from the community. All survey information gathered will be kept confidential. The survey forms are located at Village Hall, Waterville Times, Food King and Morgan’s Hardware. We encourage all interested people to complete one. The survey is not restricted to just village residents and is open to all citizens in the surrounding area. Surveys can be returned to the office of the Village Clerk, 122 Barton Ave.
