Women of Faith:
Women of Faith is a non-denominational gathering of women seeking to
strengthen their faith and find support with other women. Music, dance,
drama and inspirational speakers talk about situations to which women can
relate and assures them that God loves them unconditionally.
Steve Arterburn, a radio talk show host and author, founded Women of Faith
in 1996. He used the concept to motivate and inspire women by assembling
speakers. This year gatherings will be held in some 30 cities across the
United States and Canada which will draw some two million people.
Women of Faith sponsors World Vision which has helped some 65,000 children
helping the poorest children and families in nearly 100 countries.
Every challenge faced by women cannot be solved, but the Women of Faith
gathering can be a rejuvenating experience. |
