Proof of previous vaccination is required to qualify for a three-year
certificate. Vaccinations are available free of charge to Madison County
Residents, however, a voluntary $5 donation per pet is requested to help
defray clinic costs. All animals must be at least three months of age. All
animals must be properly restrained (leash and collar/harness or cage/pet
carrier)
