Oriskany Falls: AYSO Fall Sign-ups at the Oriskany Falls Public Library from 6-7:30 p.m. For registration questions call Jennifer Collins 868-2685. These will be the only sign-ups. All registrations must be received by July 15.

Hamilton: Hydrofracking: Time for Truth or Consequences. Featured speaker, James Northrup. Hamilton Theater, 7 p.m.

Brookfield: Madison County Fair, Gates open at 12 noon. Midway opens at 4 p.m.

Saturday, July 14
Waterville: Waterville Pop Warner bottle drive, 10 a.m. to noon, Nickelback Redemption Center. Bottles can also be dropped off before then. Say the bottles are to go to the Waterville Pop Warner account.

Brookfield: Madison County Fair, Gates open at 8 am. Midway opens at 1 p.m.

Sunday, July 15
Pleasant Valley: Chicken barbecue, 12 noon-’til sold out at the Grange Hall, Route 20 between Madison and Sangerfield. Eat-in or take-out.

Friday, July 20
Waterville: Firemen's Field Days. Field opens at 6 p.m. Kiddie Parade at 6:30 p.m. Live music from 7:30-midnight with local favorites All Tuned Up!

Saturday, July 21
Waterville: Firemen's Field Days. All day softball tournament begins at 8 a.m. Field opens at noon. Firemen's parade begins at 6:30 p.m. sharp. Music by "The Redneck Rodeo Cowboys" 8 p.m.-12:30 a.m. Gigantic fireworks display at dark. Field closes at 12:30 a.m.

Richfield Springs: Second Annual Have a Heart Motorcycle Ride to benefit the American Heart Association. Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. with the ride starting at 10 a.m. The event is organized by long-time American Heart Association supporters Jim and Cindy Coe of Richfield Springs and will commence at the Richfield Springs Vet's Club. 65-mile route before returning to club for lunch. $20 per driver and $10 per rider. Sunday, July 22
Waterville: Firemen's Field Days. All day softball tournament begins at 8 a.m. Field opens at noon. Chicken Barbecue at noon 'til gone. D.J. during the BBQ - field closes at 5 p.m.

Hamilton: Cellist Florent Renard-Payen, solo cello concert, 7 p.m., Broad Street Gallery. Benefit for the Hamilton Center for the Arts Multi-Arts Camp scholarships. Cost $20. 368-4453, 825-5235
